Yes - Even middle class peoplelo kooda if you compare a 25-yr young man from the US to that of India, the difference is very clear. Obvious genetic factors ni pakkana pedithe, most of the youngsters in India, particularly in villages, are malnourished and/or wrongly nourished. We don't take proteins but lots of carbohydrates. Nutrition education avasaram chala undi india lo. Some, even if they know about it, cant afford it ! Never lose the sight of it ! | ||

Very True... On top of that...In those days...more than 90% of the people used to do agriculture and spend most of their time under ths sun. Even this generation also...people who spend most time under the sun dont look the same as the people who spend their time in AC rooms | ||
