I think you can continue the GC process if you can work for the same company from India. Visa rejection will prohibit you from working in US and not working for that company. | ||

its not that easy as it sounds. you know it..nowdays, there is risk even for h1 transfers. besides my 140 was approved...company marali, lca file cheyyali tokka tolu..rejection risks evanni enduku ani i thought better a know devil than unknown. besides its a long term contract... adi kakunda majjalo vendor gadu unko rakshasudu.. too many problems lendi... i am glad i am done with.. only bright side is that i was able to save some money which i would not have even if i were to work for years in india... peddalu cheppi nattu anta mana manchike jarugutundi ani.. so carrying one... honestly, once they put you in 221 administrative processing, you never know the reason.. what kind of background checking they are going to do..nobody knows. so dont assume that what worked for one will work for you. but one thing i have observed is that if you are a fulltime employer 99% no issues unless it is PIMS issue. if there are layers in between, konchme kashtam anukuntunna.. | ||

anways, for those who wanting to know the rejection reasons... i have been with this employer for past 4 years, was on bench probably for 2 months sometime 2007 that's it. prior to that there several times i have been in bench.. Masters in US this year, my company was in a bad shape financially, someof my pay still pending. not just mine several others as well. few have them complained to USCIS already. meanwhile, new management came in, old one ghayab washed his hands off. fortunatley, the new managment started paying on time however, they haven't yet payed a dime on pending payments. i too could have put in a complaint but didnt want to as i was in the middle of visa stamping process. Not sure if that was the reason for rejection. I am guessing that is. Vakkapodi - once your car is sold, call your insurance company to cancel the policy. they will prorate and refund the money for unused period. Same with apartment insurance also, if you have any. If you do not have annual feee, you can keep for at least 1 year. Once you are settled in india you can cacel it. Other thing is, Things goes out of control on this CC and Bank accounts. If you do not maintain account balance and follow the basic account rules, you will be charged with some fees which would take your balance out in year or two. It happend with me , i had 1k balance and after 2 years i was 200 negative balance. They charged some monthly fees as i was not doing transactions from that account. And that charges intrest interest after some months it fell into negative. IF you fall into this trap you might not be able to open new account in feature as it effects your credit history.
