well, yes, one should expect to see all sorts of crap when they come to a db like this where people post to their heart's content about anything and everything under the sun. At the same time expect people like me & Oohala or anyeone else to complain about some of the stuff. Offensive is offensive. No one else gets to tell me what should be okay or not okay for me. gk i agree with u ... like all addictions drinkers or addicts do justify n bargain (comparing to lsd etc) ... a DB reader who is 18 n above has the ability to judge the path he/she takes and it beats me how worse a few threads involving guys n their experiences with alcohol cud ever be ... in a public forum compared to all the cr@p that goes on in the world how bad cud it be? I know I will receive a lot of bricks and bats, however, when did drinking move from being a taboo to a trend, especially among Indians? Is it because of disposable income, peer pressure or a misguided notion of fitting-in? Agreed, it is a way of life in cold countries for obvious reasons, and when you move across the world, you put some effort to blend in.
