No sugar, no coffee, no alchohol.No wheat or corn.(buckwheat ok) Plenty of healthy fats: avocados, coconut, flax, walnuts, lots of fish and fish oil( salmon, tuna, cod liver oil. eggs -good too.)butter and meat ok-try for grass fed animals. Lots of dietary fiber- psyllium husks are good-no sugar. Not all fruits are good, but apples and berries OK. A little chocolate try for no or little sugar. Alittle green or black tea ok :no sugar. Get sun or take vitamin D B vitamins NO SWEETENERS!!!! |
