Masularex, Yes - that is why time is relative not absolute I defined time as the gap between two observed events different observers in different fra es of reference perceive it differently Think of two scenarios - gap between two events in your waking state versus in your sleeping state - When you are in the dream your perception of time between 2 events say 2 words in a sentence is the same as your perception of the gap in your waking state you do not hear dialogs in fast forward in your dream However , if you observe from a waking frame of reference your dream takes far less time than the same two events in the waking state aa chal ke tujhe main leke chalu ik aise gagan ke tale jahan gam bhi na ho, aansoo bhi na ho,bas pyaar hi pyaar pale | ||

what happens between these two points??? what brings the change??? it is clear that we don't notice it until next change...if there is a change, clearly that's done by an external force...then...then..that's mean when we were still...when our time stopped...or when we couldn't see any change...there were some external forces working...just to change some thing and to bring our consciousness back to us??? I am counfused... again please define time... | ||

Agree.. we are saying the same thing Change to be perceived has to be an observable event. To use an analogy - we observe an event - it is a point. The next observable event is another point. Time is the distance between these two points. Can some one tell me what is the defination of time??? if you see any theory... formula... concept..etc...there is a time factor in it....we can define any thing...mass, atom, acceleration, electricity..etc..but not time...I have a feeling that this will be the altimate quest of mankind's intellectual curiosity...knowing what exactly is the defination of time... Please share your thoughts and ideas....I am quite sure that, it is relavant to this thread... | ||
