unnavi rende floors kabatti take 2nd floor. peaceful gaa untundi since no one is upstairs or share that floor. privacy wise people may prefer that. on a lighter vein kasto kooste "panlu" kooda kanicheyachchu anukuntaaru "business people"

kinda parking is an immediate sound polution to the people in first floor.
