Workout will be lot of fun. Escpecially last 3 minutes free style ani odilestaadu. Bag ni picha kottudu kottukovachu. It depends on your taste. I find cardio in gym borning. Boxing and kicking is more fun for me. This is a group exercise. So, obviously you wont feel bored. Thana sekrame thana satruvu |
