After the film title controversy of Power Star Pawan Kalyans `Komaram Puli, now it is the turn of Prince Mahesh Babus `Khaleja, which is scheduled to hit screens globally on October 7. Producer and owner of Nityasri Productions S Vijay Bhaskar Reddy on Friday filed a writ petition in the Nampally court claiming that the film title had been registered by him first and it belonged to him. Accepting the petition, the court issued notices to producers C Kalyan and Singanamala Ramesh and directed them to appear before court on October 4. Earlier, Vijay Bhaskar approached Film Chambers that first he had registered the title and he is planning to make a film. However, ignoring his plea, the producers changed the title as `Mahesh Khaleja. As the film title involved in controversies in the court, suspense continued over its release on October 7 among Mahesh film fans. |
