I do not deny any of this. IMO notes taken during foreign visits can help create a vision, but the expertise is not enough to formulate an economic policy. Vision unte saripodu kada, danni details loki velli, implement cheyagala expert undali. The PM gets credit to identify the expert, and the expert gets credit for doing a good job. My brother's father-in-law is realted to PVNR. He says that every time PVNR used to visit a foreign country, he would show lot of interest their economic policies, make notes and see how/why that country is making industrial progress. Especially Germany industrial infrastructure and economic policy ante chaala impress ayyevaranta PVNR. he was always disgusted with the number of forms/paperwork that was needed to incorporate a simple company. Anduke as a part of economic liberalization, he reduced the number of procedures/forms that are needed to incorporate a company...public issue kosam velle companies ki SEBI (securites exchange board of india) rules and regulations ki affiliate avvalani soochinchadam jarigindi. COFEPOSA (conversation of foreign exchange and prevention of smuggling activities), FERA (foreign exchange regulation act) and FEMA (foreign exchange management act) were defined at this stage esp for benefit of 100% EOUs. | ||

1. PVNR is not a financial expert to define the direction of the country's economy. 2. But, PVNR employed the right ppl, let the ppl do their work, and protected them from unwanted interference. Credit goes to him for this. 3. Bottom line, PVNR gets the credit a PM should get, and MMS gets the credit a Finance minister should get. Prati step ni PVNR direct cheste, finance minister enduku? what pains me the most is PVNR haters give the entire credit to manmohan singh for India turning into a global superpower... for instance, i am working on a project as a senior BA. the concept and scope was defined by my PM and i work diligently to expand and carve out requirements. so basically i shud get the entire credit and my PM who came up with the concept and defined the scope is a loser annattu... malla CBN created and defined IT in andhra pradesh antaru. would it be possible to define a liberlization policy for a state when there is no such defined for a country? karnataka, tamil nadu, maharastra, delhi-gurgoan areas recorded exceptional growth rates in IT ante antha trash antaru. ento maaya? | ||
