Try steel cut oats (not quick oats) + vegetable stir fry (u can get from Costco) (boiled veggies or stir fry) + chicken/fish/shrimp/tofu/lentils (lentils in limited quantity as they have sugar component) + some nuts/avocado for every meal.
Have some fruits in between.
Do not eat anything that has sugar. Eat only complex carbs such as steel cut oats, sweet potato etc. do some exercise: run + weights , total 1 hr daily.. Usually with that diet, high chances of losing weight. (even if you do not do exercise). The key is eat anything that has sugar=0 or low and sat fat very low. I did it lot of times. everytime i gain 4-5 pounds, i go back to that diet, and within 1 month i am back to original wt.

i am guessing your are around 35.. ee age lo metabolism takkuva vuntundhi so it takes a lot of effort to reduce the weight.. i took inspiration from Nagarjuna and akshay kumar. Nagarjuna 30-40 age lopu he never gained a single pound it seems and you can see that in his glamour and akshay kumar once told, "If you can't dedicate an hour in day to your body, then go kill yourself". To get inspired just look at your photo 5-6 yrs back and you can see how bad you look now.

you have gained your weight in a span of 5-10 yrs... its not that easy to lose the weight which is converted into saturated fat, which gets around your waist. Do diet and also run atleast 15-20 miles a week. you can start seeing the results with in a month or so.

nenu rice cut cheyyaledu or any other.. i just started eating 25% less than what i used to eat with proper exercising. it helped a lot and lost 10% of my weight.

i forgot another main ingredient, i take cracked wheat instead of rice when i get bored...eat everything u normally eat with rice(curd tappa) with cracked wheat, i see no difference at all

if any one trying to reduce weight.. i would suggest going with wheat bread with peanut butter. Peanut butter is good if you take it in small qunatities. infact. peanuts or any other nuts have good fat, which burns the bad fat and also nuts keep your hunger down. If you have problem with peanut there is a new almond butter. You could it use it as a replacement.

not sure this will come under a balanced diet...

kick boxing is an intense workout...u need to have enuff fuel in the body to sustain it

PB/PBJ is a good pre workout food or something that is good for daytime snack..

Let me tell my whole experience with workout and diet...

Under 30-35 Its very easy to loose so you can eat healthy and work out...happy ga loose avvochu ...

after 35 its very hard to loose so gain kakunda choosukovali but waht i observed is u eat a lot in this period as we try to comfort our selfs by eating and drinking and koncham kodha goppo settle ayyi untam ... ee time lo ne slow ga colestral bita padatadhi and around 40 unfortunate ithe diabetis and artarities lantivi botapadatayi...

my point is eat healty and work out regullary...chala nibadatha undali to loose poni le one day ani tinna apatidaka chesindanta ganga lo kalustadhi na lanti wallaki ...nenu 1 1months baga work out chesa just 2 weeks cheyyakunda koncham ekkuva tinna i gained waht i lost in 11 months...

bottomline ...relax ...eppudu kndali tippi chesedhi emi ledhu kaddar wesukoni pottani kapochu ...

if target is stomach, then concetrate on diet...cut fat...reduce carbs...avoide alchool and other bewarages...

lot of abs excers don't help here... becuase usually belly fat and love handles are toughest areas....there is another way...along with light cardio...do regular push ups...if possible bench press...little bit increase in the chest and shoulder area greatly masks belly...in the process reduces the bellow fat also...
