Tamilnadu don't have central party in state though the local parties fought each other internally. In case of development or projects from center they won't compromise. They will make sure the first preference will be them only. Andhra pradesh -- One center party and state party . In case of development we compete ourseleves and make sure the project will go to other states. only reason we don't want development to happen while others are ruling. we don't develop state you shouldn't develop.
