Yoga will slow down your heart beat, increase the depth of your breathing. Each asana has specific benefits.

Flexibility perugutundi for sure. More importantly it will help you meditate and make ur mind still

Regular gym will not engage your mind as yoga

Can anyone tell me concrete benefits of Yoga or Bikram Yoga.. Any first hand experiences.... Is yoga more beneficial compared to regular gym.
