babailu.....pls advice which of the following is benificial and less taxing for a guy logging 120 hrs on an avg for 2 weeks.. 1) include all the hrs in the pay check.... 2) include 80 hrs in the pay check and save 40 hrs for running payroll during bench periods.. OT hrs ekkuvaite taxes ekkuva avutai, so save ur hrs and run ur payroll during vacations or bench periods antaru kada..i have a problem with this approach.....vacation lo unnappudu save chesina hrs run cheste, basic taxes elagu padatai kada..so how is this approach advantageous from a tax standpoint?? |
