YSR's govt spent 0 on infrastructure. If there were any funds released, the oney has been looted in the name of corruption. Look at the plight of roads in Hyderabad. Roads, Electricity distribution system like transformers, etc etc. Babu spent money on infrastucture that lasted so far. Nothing more has been spent in this area by YSR govt.
