There is a shoe store called Fleetfeet or you can find similar one. they do check your running style, arch type's etc.. to suggest a show that best fits your feet. These shoes are little expensive than regular one's. These shoes will be around 100$. Go to these shops only if you have a problem. otherwise go for asics or brooks. These 2 brands are best running shoes. | ||

If you have serious foot problem don't blindly buy new balance or asics or whatever. Go to a local store (not sports authority) where they can analyze ur gait, tell what u r doing right/wrong and recommend the right shoe. Today's excuse: Didn't drink coffee yet.
