Yes, eligible provided: 1. Current job requirement must be atleast Bachelors+5years. Your 10years MUST have atleast 5years of the current job requirement. Say current job requirment is Java/J2EE 5years and you have 10years in .NET - You will not be qualified. Bottomline is the requirements [advertisement that your company has put in the papers, with Dept of Labor] MUST match. 2. As someone said below, those 10years should not be with the current company that is filing your GC. In this db, there's always someone watching you!! | ||

bachelors + 5 yrs with one company + 2 yrs with another + 3 yrs current company. = B + 7yrs Then EB2 is eligible. Bachelors + 10 yrs same company. == EB3 | ||
