You need story/director for making the film a basic hit, hero makes the difference to the range of hit...if the film is not good it doesn,t matter if it's your power star or some other star... That said, a director usually works with heroes of different ranges and success is often in his hands... 1) Imagine jalsa with SVK instead of Trivikram, with PK starring.... 2) and imagine Jalsa with out PK, with Trivikram directing ... While first is almost painful to imagine, second wouldn;t be that bad, may be some other hero in this film would collect less money...but it will not be that different a film... My intention behind that post is first half has more comedy than second half..comedy is the main selling point in the whole movie..if its more in the first half and less(compared to first) in second half,tooo good and good ane cheppali.. i didnt say first half is good and second half is ok. Trivikram did good in his department of dialogues and direction..,but with out Pawan this movie is nothing... regular ga vere hero aite 'trivikram movie' anipistundi..this one is really a 'trivikram+pavan' first fight lo start aina pawan jokes movie end varaku aagaledu...Pawan has more credit to the success of the movie..okkasari kaadu 100 times cheppachu ee maata | ||

Effective presentation of On Screen Violence..RGV is a master in that department. After watching Jalsa,i feel there is a RGV somewhere deep in trivikram too. Ofcourse the master will never be surpassed,but Trivikram has that stuff in him. The entire scene of Mukesh Rushi and other Land grabber Lala and the way the brutal massacre is shot stands as a testimony to this. A very well executed scene..especially people lying dead on barb wires is too effective. Inka pote Jalsa..A wholesome entertainer..I completely agree with Full Hyd review. There was not one boring moment..First half is toooooo good and second half is good.I though second half is messed up very badly,but to my surprise it was good too. The fact that i didn't realise that the movie is close to 3 hours is a indication that there is not even one dull moment in the movie. About the crowds, 2 screenings one at 8 and 9:30. i went for the 9:30 show and it was Full. People thoroughly enjoyed the movie..No sarcastic comments..Only Laughter. This is the best movie for Pavan after Khushi and it lives upto expectations of a Trivikram+Pawan combo. I feel its Pawan who has a major credit to the success of the movie than Trivikram. |
