I explained the CBP people about the situation and it took nearly 3 long hours for them to understand the issue and the officer(a very patient,young and understanding latino lady) escalated to her supervisors and they all discussed and gave me a new I-94 | ||

What I did finally??? Thursday night oka blue label full bottle techukuni...thaaguthoo aalochinchaa... Mandu digaaka 'Chalo Mexico' program pedadhaam ani aalochinchaa...maa cousins/room mates highly discouraged me...but I didn't want to see that 180th day...I couldn't discuss this with my immediate family for obvious reasons... So, I told my cousins about what I am gonna do...Friday evening inko mugguru cousins ni teeskuni san diego drive kottanu...I left them in a motel saturday early hours and I crossed the border to Tijuana... I had some mexican breakfast...well its just breakfast there according to Joey and I decided to drive back... While entering, the lady officer scanned my VISA and said OK...but I told her my problem....she put a 'second inspection' under my windshield wiper and pointed me to a CBP office... | ||

Issue: Visa validity next year varaku vundhi. Kani passport validity march last week this year varake vundhi kaabatti, last year India visit nundi vache tappudu, I-94 march last week varake ichadu POE lo. Naakunna badhakaaniki nenu June 2010 lo Passport renew cheyinchukunnanu. I-94 sangathi ignore chesanu, as some people said it wouldn't be any issue. |
