Investment aithe in my opinion go for a bigger apartment Mav.1500 sqft koncham chinnadi avutundi.Ard 1800 sqft,2 car garage type lo tiskutte manchi rate ki ammachu or serviced apartments ga u can rent it as well. But definetly bargain yenduku ante lot of builders have started multiple constructions but are not able to sell at that same pace

ee area lo kottaga chala companies operations start chesayata..not the hitech city but a different one..

ikkada flat costs elaa unnai..

3/4 bedroom or duplex..duplex with 3000 sft is 75 laks..expected complettion by 2010.

3 bedroom aite oka 35 lacs range lo unnai..
