Naako doubt.. 1. You got H1B approved (let us assume). I94 ostadi daanto paatu. 2. You go to India. Would you be surrendering I94 which you came to usa lasttime? 3. Come back on F1 visa (am assuming its still valid). Port of entry lo, oka I94 fill settaav, officer adi staple sesi istaadu. Now, which I94 is valid? This is news to me. Since this quota was from last year, I didnt know that without degree certificate we can apply in MS quota. To my knowledge, Degree Certificate lekundaa, MS quota lo apply cheyyalem. Chesinaa, query padutundi, aa certificate kosam. When are you planning ot complete it? Attention to details very important. H1B premium CHESINAA query padutundi annaadu. Ante, deeni batti naaku eti ardham ayyindi ante.. You are trying to get H1B under MASTER's 20K quota, for which you are not yet eligible. So, you wanted to go for Premium H1B processing. Which has no purpose. Premium H1B process only speeds up regular H1B process. 90 to 120 days pattedi 1 week lo ostadi.
