kaani majjiga is diluted by water and it does not ferment by itself...according to ayurveda anything that ferments is bad for health as it creates some objects or whatever...so things like Beer etc should also be avoided.. Ayurveda also suggests that one should avoid Cool drinks totally because anything cold that gets into the body will kill the digestive fire (jataragni..i think)and hence you loose the power to digest foods slowly and also it results in the formation of ama | ||
