veg people ki saana kattam mama protien.kaani entho kontha ante pappu,ee nuts, sprouts,beans,fat fre milk, curd,cottage cheese nundi vastundi. ya any nut is good. chasews are also good. badams kooda good.peanuts okkati koncham dooram ga unte manchidi,kaani adi kooda parla. badams,pecans,walnuts,chaews are all good in limited ammounts.very very good fats. but keep in mind, take them unsalted. nuts lo undedi pro and fats. |

1.cereals teesey, use kashi or shreaded wheat or oat meal. organic milk is fine, add some protien like egg whites or protien powder. make it a very big breakfast. almost 30% of your daily cal should come from break fast.eat one med fruit to restore your glycoigen stores. 2.again no enough protien in second meal. eat some protien and fruit is fine. 3. lo too much of carbs, no protien. include protien and lessen carbs and add less than 10 gm of good fat source like fishoil or some nuts 4.malli fruit ante too much of simple carbs at on time, no good. fruit should be part of meal, it shouldnot be a meal. so eat a cup of cottage cheese and nuts and vegggies. 5.ee meal mundu workout cheyyakjapothe dont eat carbs. chesthe eat carbs.so cheyyakapothe cut down on chapati and eat lots of veggies and meat and some fat. main thing is always have a complete meal. u must include some sort of protien in every meal.bet it 15gm or 30 gm or 20 gm. include some sort of protien in each and every meal. |

iam not spamming..life style is imp..healthy living eppudu ledhu its all extended living though people are living longer...concept is time..i met a person who has colestral it can be easily tackled by habbits and regular exercises but he takes lipitor because its easy ... take example of of grand parents they lived simple with no tensions and lived long they had plenty walking to do and they took life easy ..mana parents manalni sadivincataniki and to earn good strived a lot and lost health...} |

protien: all kinds of lean meat like turkey,pish,siken,beef,pandi,sprouts.. cheese, cottage cheese, fat free dairy,legumes..(ee second line lo unna items lo protien and carbs rendu untayi, so u must make smart choice) protien shakes (chala unnai market lo) Carbs: lotsssssss of foods contain carbs.so smart choices are brown rice, legumes (pappu and beans family), fat free milk, fat fre cheese, whole grain bread, whole wheat chapathi (no Nans),veggies,limited fruits. Fats: flax oil, kirl oil fish oil any nuts olive oil canola oil these are some good choices. |
