Or is it some other thing you are telling? RA, By preservatives in normal milk, what exact ones are you taking about? If so, is it harmful? If preservatives are really necessary for normal milk why are they not necessary for organic?
omega 2 fatty acids endi mama? omega 3-6-9 fatty acids untayi.those come under unsaturated ante poly and mono fats. sat fats are also good but to a very small portion. main gaa ploy and mono thinali. udo's blend choice oil is very good for omega fats. when u buy eggs buy omega 3 eggs. inka presrvatives vishayaniki vasthe, organic vatilo avi vadaru kabatte organic foods twaraga padu ayipothayi.i buy all my food at whole foods.meat kooda akkade konta costly kani.avi 3-4 days lo cook sesukovali. ade presevatives unnavi ante chala rojulu untayi.preservatives are koncham harmfull.. evo chemicals kabatti. |

Also you can get Harmone free milk from Costco or for folks in NJ, on Oak Tree Rd, you can get it in Bhavani and Apna Bazar. It is called Farmland milk |
