podunne sadannam lo perugu is best .... any time any day ...najukodaniki sagam ullipaya, 2 pachi mirchi...sagam tokka nimakaya ... ullipaya will keep you protected from sunstroke pachi mirchi will soften blood (blood ni thin setundhi, heart attack radhu) and fair ga kuda avutaru young people nimakaya will cut colestral .... curd is protin and rice carb podunee carb is good } |

Kontha teesukunte parledu kaani ekkuva protein is risky for heart as it causes too much strain to digest it. protein ni ekkuva teesukunte, ante motaadu ki minchi teesukunte.. stomach setulu ettestadi.. inkaa naa valla kaadu ani. appudu aa protein kaasta, fat avvuddi. Inko logic in pallee chutny (protein/fat) enti ante.. chutny cheyyadaaniki pallelani danchutaaru or grinder lo grinding settaaru.. appudu aa palle kaasta noone ayyuddi.. so adi fat ae kadaa.. and pallee chutny lo noone kooda baagaa vaadutaaru.. adi kooda fat ae kadaa.. ardham ayyindaa .. inkaa kaakunte seppu.. inkaa detailed gaa sebutaa..
