I have my H1B Stamped till May31'2008 for CompanyA. I have Transfered 8 months back to CompanyB (Petition Valid till 2010. Now The question is, I would like to go to India from say Aprl'20th to Aprl'30th. Is it OK to return with just one month validity in the H1B stamp? Technically I think it is OK.But,Will I have any problems at port of entry? Any suggestions Appreciated. Thanks. Think Global,Act Local |
