Same question mama LLC or INc vuntaayi ee S enti C enti LLC or Inc is how a company is incorporated or registered. S or C status is how I.R.S treats the company for taxation. | ||

S-Corp is a type of company where the income of company flows into the owners' personal tax return as opposed to C-Corp where company pays a corporate income tax on the income made by company and when he takes the divident out pays income in his return too.
