The Congress and the Prajya Rajyam Party will contest the GHMC polls together. The alliance was finalised after a meeting between PCC chief D Srinivas and Allu Aravindh. This alliance is set to rearrange the political alignments in the state. PRP wanted to be the alternative to the Congress and the TDP in the state but with its recent poll debacle the PRP changed its game plan.
