Basic gaa this bubble has been building since 2008 TARP. Bum didnt let many bad companies fail. Instead he rewarded the bad behavior of companies. Adi starting point..But at that time, no reward for common ppl. They suffered.. Now the other side, Covid start avvagane, maree early ga printing started, it encouraged bad behavior of the aum admi.. stopped working, got used to free money plus free stay with out paying rent. It spiked spending / inflation, Other side it also fed, small n medium businesses bad behavior.. they got tons of money, it also inflated assets to unprecedented levels..this type bad behavior on both sides were encouraged by govt.. Now it has created a spiraling effect.. Fed started attacking.. but based on history, there will be very few sufferers this time too. Again govt and fed will come to rescue before its get worse. Bottomline, I am 1000% certain, in the foreseeable future(1-2 years), fed will start printing again and pump into markets. But till that time u need to survive n stay liquid in these markets.. Why cant do it early? Min Wages increased across the board. For a capitalist, this is bad. This needs to be normalized, for taht to happen, 3 areas will be attacked, stock markets(80% Americans have direct impact), Job market(more ppl than more jobs, in this scenario, wages will be suppressed), Housing market-this will not impact as much as the first two, once this goes into 20-25% correction range, fed will step in.. Stock markets lo new champions/ new kathys / new growth stocks vasthayi.. These wont be same as last bull market. (Excluding blue chip companies) If u want to ride safe, invest in companies which has lot of cash in hand & +ve cash flows. If the stocks dive down big time, they will do buy backs Avoid companies which has lot of debt and needs more debt in the short term.. Reading more system design content is not really helpful for interviews. Try to solve the many design problems with your own knowledge and put them on paper. Later validate and analyze what went wrong there or missing. Make it better in the next iteration approach. If you want to learn to apply design for your job, then I suggest this one. Coinbase is not much based on the LT model and is easy to crack mostly focusing on the code completeness, properly handling special cases, and successfully running with passing all test cases. Recession is kind of like reset to cool off economic engine. But last two times when there could have been one, Fed went and dumped trillions. Ee sari recession konchem gattigaa vundochu. Dems with their libby agenda, Repubs with their funky trickle down agenda, successfully built a Huge debt hole. Fed has toooooo much on its balance sheet. So they do not care if recession comes.
