The land was part of Mangalagiri , just 2kms behind the main town , in Nowluru village and not part of Amaravathi or bhramaravathi.

to go to the plots from Mangalagiri.. ppl has to cross railway line and there is no railover bridge.

maybe after 5 to 7 years there will be full fledged development in the area due to town expansion.

i have told my close contacts to block one for me and now today i told them, i am not going to buy as it is not even worth for 16k/sq yard.


Situation aithe maatram chaala ghoram ga undi.

My friend has taken up few contracts and he has to take up due to pressure from ppl in govt. He need to get around 3.5C pending bills for contracts done till now in 2 years :-)

so extra price for these being closer to all of the capital structures i guess, if not another day light robbery

But the fact is current market value in the same area for south facing plots are 10000 rs per sq yard and 16000 for north or east facing plots.

how they can claim as a selling point to the plots?

onlybone can be true

- is it. hramaravathi and graphics
or
- a premium land marks that are sold as premium plots?


also, if the high court is moved to kurnool and secratariet to vizag, why are they luring ppl to pay premium because rhey r close to secretariet and high court.

yes the same were prepared in pamplates and sites as jaganna township and i dont want to pronounce with his name..

becoz the township has plots and exists before the so called named person has some bocchu grown on his private parts

I was aware of the price, location and other details when Guntur collector visited the site and decided to put the area in auction through my contacts and requested to block one for me.

Area selected was very near to Amaravathi cricket stadium built by Andhra cricket association in Amaravathi township.

the area selected for this Amaravathi township has nothing to do with govt formed in 2014 and 2019..
Amaravathi township was planned before 2010 and even before singapore township.


around 88 acres of land was planned for MIG township and it is not any pooled land from recent amaravathi farmers or CRDA. it was gathered before year 2010 by VGTM-UDA.

secretariet, high court, a bunch of universities
