Hello Brother, no i am not shourya. I have also seen his channel. He is more young and new to japan than me. Thank you brother. Yes, Japan is kind of fairy land for Manga lovers. every street and every city resembles same as shown in some Manga and anime. But sorry to disappoint, i am not manga or anime fan. i like the nature very much. I stay on country side, so got so many places to explore. As of now omicron just started spreading in major cities. i dont know if i have to thank Japan govt rules not allowing foreigners and thus controlling spread or scold for separating families. I know cases of people separated from families since past 2years. | ||

Almost same feeling. It felt really good initially. But after few weeks, started hating the place. Mainly due to the coldness of people and food. I couldn't stand the smell of some foods. I am not a vegetarian, but still couldn't enjoy the food here. I didnt dare to try new restaurants unless i am accompanied by my colleagues, so that they tell me what that item is made from. I once had issues ordering takoyaki. i was missing Indian food and there is no Indian restaurant nearby. So thought to try takoyaki I thought it will be like ponganalu, i have asked the vendor if its vegetarian with the limited Japanese i know and he confirmed. But it had octopus pieces inside it. For them its vegetarian also fish eggs and normal eggs are considered veg. | ||

its very common in japan to crowdfund the parties. Also, they organise a welcome party and send off party for any one joining or leaving. All others who joined that party will split the bill except the person who joined or leaving. The youngest or fresh graduates are assigned the responsibility of arranging. Thus teaching them organising and also planning. Their previous year seniors help them. Seniority matters a lot in here. | ||

I remember the month because it was chirstmas season and people in the client office asked if I would join them for Chirstmas celebration.. I said why not.. Then they collected 6K yen for the celebration and dinner party... where my office gives me 5.5K per day during my stay in Japan.. But the party was good... European style food with sausages , snacks and beer.. | ||

I worked for a client in their office during Dec ... i forgot the year... It was on business visa... I stayed at a hotel in Akihabara.. damn loved it for two weeks and then started to slowly hated my visit... appude decide ayya entha sampadinchinaa India lo bathakatam best raa babu ani especially in Telugu/South states only.. aa food aa climate aa people are suited for me... nothing else matches them.. 2-3 weeks of onsite visit is OK.. not more... | ||

I havent received any onboarding documentation. May i know, your Japan visit purpose? Generally in initial months, bosses will be very strict regarding the work and rules in Japanese work culture. Once they got confidence on you or believe you can finish the work, they don't care what you do until the work is delivered to them on time. Also i am in mechanical research field. So no daily meetings or updates. | ||
