correct andi i wont do regular exercise. i do cycle for 2 miles. i do lot of functional work at home. apart from the nothing much. solely depending on diet first to get back to healthy.

people like me who likes random eating and tastes difficult to control while doing IF. i am fighting with myself to stay in control

Proper exercises matram impart cheyyalekapoyaru day to day lifestyle lo.
Of course there is yoga and Surya namaskar etc.
They just didn't consider IT coolies for the time.

fasting is as important as what food we take to end fasting, other wise it is counter productive. many people jump on to food and eat everything. But there is a systematic way to end it.

I found intermittent fasting pretty useful and weekly twice 24 hrs fasting

once we are used to limited food or healthy food during fasting, any indulgence will make you feel lazy and dull.

I have switched 2 meal on weekday
-noon healthy , all nutritious salad with nuts after breaking 16-18 hrs fast in a proper way
- evening fruits and yogurt

weekend - 1 good normal cooked meal , with 24 hrs fasting

feeling clear, calm and focused. lot of cravings are there, i break the monotony with cooked curries, pickles only
