Key thing is entry .. keep watching and when they come back to 10-12 (little more), take a stake. your down side is 20% but upside will be more depending on he deal .. Most of the SPACs pop 50-60% once the merger is announced. Get out if you don't like I have considerable stake in PSTH (Avg price 23) (hopefully Stripe and bill can pull that together). Also PSTH common shares will get 2 warrants for every 9 shares post merger .. that's a good deal. Also ackman's PSH has considerable stake as well .. Lets see how it goes.. AACQ - Merger announced with Origin materials, I liked the company what they are trying to do with plastic .. (World pay ex CEO is one of the partners in SPAC) GSAH - Goldman Sachs (Was a good buying opportunity yesterday ).. again see if it hits 12 or 12.50 SVF - Softbank - running at 30% premium , I got in at 12 PIPP - lot of political connections , still under 12 .. Hope these Crony politicians NEXUS will get a good deal .. AVAN - still under 11, rumour is KLARNA (buy now pay later) .. mostly European business . first SPAC looking at EMEA region I have position on above ones .. | ||

$OSK got the contract but i am surprised that it dint pop. OSK itself is 7B company and got this 6B worth contract. I would kind of expected it to double it but struggling between 8-10% THCB - battery contract with OSK but OSK has several contracts with other players as well . THCB popped a lot compare to that of OSK.. interesting .. | ||
