Finger print for the sr is tricky better use the retina scanner ..very easy .. I got it done for my mom here | ||

There may not be anyother way. The site only works with the devices they whitelisted. I purchased 2 or 3 scanners from Amazon ..none of them worked. Finally had to get MFS100(Mantra) from India. Even after getting the device, it was a pain to make it work. We finally got thru..It required a call to the Radium box service and have them whitelist the device by paying additional amount (about Rs 3k). this was in 2017. IF you have any specific questions, I will try to answer as far as I can. I still have few customer support emails. | ||

Hello,any one submitted digital life certificate through jeevan pramaan app for parents staying here? This certificate needed to get the pension. I got the finger print scanner from India and it's not working.tried few from amazon and those are not compatible. 28th is last date😔 |
