lol, neeku na response ardham kaledu, for buying GPA is easy, for selling you need to register GPA, that is how you won't get any issues. GPA to specific property or all properties ila different types untayi, when you are selling property you need to register the GPA first. | ||

what, i have done several properties like this every time i sent GPA to my dad, and he will register on my name, no issues i do the sales also, for selling you need property GPA registration. either send the POA from indian embassy or do it there directly, sending it from here and registering there is cheaper. | ||

I would not recommend as we faced issues to resell and again we did registration on my father as initial Gpa was in my sister name. Still people are afraid to buy even though every thing is perfect. But if you want to keep it to yourself, you can buy it the price is less compared to the neighbour plots | ||
