two in the pitch, one in practice, the other 6 in rugby. alot of players get hit on the helmet, but they all not get concussed. I have feeling his previous injuries, makes him to get concussed more easily, that is his Rugby injuries could be a reason he can get concussions easily even in cricket. | ||

For not just as a special talent with the bat. This guy has gone through 9 concussions before his test debut at the age of 22. One was right before the series, in the nets, when another batsmen practicing hit a ball straight to his head. Prior to that he was hit on the head twice on the cricket pitch and other five playing Rugby. He even took an year break from sports citing mental illness related issues. Great talent but riddled with injuries. Hope he will have a long life. Defintely a player to watch out and root for. Unfortunately he is ruled out for the next test due to injury, this time to his shoulder |
