In laws applied via Drop box before COVID last Feb. FIL- visa approved MIL- 221G. With 6 months extension MIL stayed with us for a year total. That's the only reason why they are asking for personal interview. Just my guess. For personal interview can someone accompany elderly @ the consulate. |
