Try above one. Costco kabatti returns easy.

Signal strength chudandi room to room. Speedtest cheyandi. 5ghz aithe speed ekkuva but less range. 2.4 aithe speed thakkuva but more range.

house size 4100sqft..e corner ki vellina speed adiripovaali

ISP speed ki intlo wifi speed ki relation undadu... I mean, 1 Gbps fiber connection works only on wired connection inside your home. Wifi router works only to certain range... mee peddha intlo corner ki kooda full speed ante kastam.

Orbi aite you need more satellites... ledu ante, run wires to different corners and put small access points

Have a docsis 3.1 modem and use a mesh network that can be extensible
I have a Netgear modem router - but it was not enough to cover my house with everyone is working /studying from Home
So asked here in dB and added Netgear Orbi rbk50 (router and One satellite).. it was good.. still not enough.. wanted to add more satellite they are out of stock or very expensive..
Got another Netgear extender..
working ok

Could be an issues with the Modem/Router provided by AT&T, Comcast kantey worst untayi modems...I suggest you to the same thing...buy a good Wifi router and connect it to your AT&T Provided Modem...inka anni rooms coverage antey, get repeaters or access points

Netgear NighHawk's are definitely good, but you don't need 4GB/s throughput on your Wifi router...what's your internet connection speed?

you can get AC1750, AC1900 versions and save some money

If modem is provided by the Service provider, get Ubiquiti Router/switch/accesspoint(s).

you will get full speed on all your ports without a drop and you dont have to look back.

easy to setup kavalante.. go for google mesh. you will see some drop but should be more than enough for all tasks.

I am with Comcast, and usually comcast supplied DOCSIS+Router combo sucks...what I do is buy a DOCSIS modem and connect with an external WIFI router (I use TP-LINK)..this usually improves the performance

another thing to check is, if your Wifi is using 2.5Ghz, make sure you select the right channel to avoid overlaps with your neighbors 2.5ghz channels

after few attempts , I decided to rent Modem router from my service provider. $14/month
Even if buy my own modem + router , i have to change every 2/3 years.

You may consider the option.

Friends, looking for a router recommendation. Currently have ASUS dual band but with kids on school zoom meeting, performance is degrading for all.
