A friend of mine is a citizen and wants to get her parents here on GC. Uncle, aunty are old 70+ and have pre existing conditions. What options do they have for insurance? Just visiting or will they be eligible for something better if they become permanent residents here? Cost etc are not an issue. Need peace of mind and very good care.
