It is not populism, it a sense of "entitlement" that shows up as arrogance, and disregard to what others are going thru.. Watch the BBC docu "inside europe" where merkel gets moved by a kids body floating in the water... thousands of illegal immig paying petty $ to cross few kms of sea on makeshift boats.. many of them wont survive the journey... and when host country doesnt accept them, they hav to walk scross countries..
