Thanks a lot for the info. bro , it's for my family to live in and yes there will be a commute involved to Madhapur/Gachibowli but strong preference is to be near J Hills/ B Hills ..please let me know if you have any other localities in mind that meets the above criteria Also do you know the ongoing rate per sft in this areas | ||

Hyderabad guys, could you please give some advice on which area to look for to buy a decent 3BHK+ flat near KBR park if possible, budget around 2 to 3 crores and it is for my family to stay. Ideally looking for a small sized gated community or good independent building ( Not Interested in big blocks), don't mind resale properties if it meets the criteria |
