My 2 cents advise 1) When dealing with divisions assets, involve party leaders and if possible opposition too. this will give less scope for confusion. 2) entrust vijaya sai, sajjala, yv Subbareddy to back office activities. Give them due respect and posts for their work towards party, dont send signal that they are the cotarie or access to jagan. keep your coterie consisting of multiple castes 3) C&C - Corruption & Conversion: You have shown direction and willingness on your intent to be non-corrupt. I would say dont hinge on it completely as no body could eradicate corruption completely. like prohibition, it is a long and step by step process. do your best as you can. Being head of regional party, you should be more careful of perception than YSR in congress party. In regional party, your stigma is party stigma. In national party, only person gets stigma not the party as you wont be supreme. You don't need to take any action against conversion but show your family active involvement. My suggestion is to ask anil to conduct his religious stuff outside of AP. Also ask vijayamma garu to be judicious in accepting invitations for church meetings as anything said or done by her or some over enthusiastic christians will be turned against you. Intent & Implementation: as you demonstrated,show your intent but don't get too caught up in implementation. Common man though not given enough credit in this aspect, understands that outcome is not always as expected to be. they will cut some slack. bob did mistake and went too far. |
