In Europe there is a thing called church tax ranging 2 percent of income.... This is used in maintaining the structures, giving salaries to priests etc... The tax goes is sectarian in nature...which mean ..if a guy is catholic..the amount collected from all Catholics goes to Catholic Church trust of the country...if he declares as Protestant it goes to evangelical church of the country. So, indian government must implement religious tax... Here is what it can do.... 1)if a guy declares as Christian while filing the taxes...and he files for SC reservation for his son during admission, the request gets canceled because there will be no reservations for converted SC people. 2) similarly BC reservation implementation. 3)it serves the dual purpose of religion census, mitigating religious conversions, money for giving salaries to priests , maintaining the religious structures. Capacity vundi, laziness, and uninspired life is a waste of time. YOLO kada.... But experiences is how you bring meaning to life. Worthiness should be earned with adequate efforts. |
