Nothing.... There is a perception problem for British people..... Perception of being European is a problem for them.... They don’t want to be a nation in 28 nation EU... Their perception is they had won WW2 and ruled the world....so they want be unique among the world and non integrated with E.U.... Which lead to brexit.... But more people voted for brexit without actually knowing the consequences of it.... They never thought of Irish border problem going to arise or trade loss due to break off with EU... They only thought of immigration of poles and easterners of Europe coming to their country.... But when the time came they realized the gravity of situation...so most tories and labor want some sort of connection with E.U. so that they can access the market of E.U. but it’s too late.... Young people predominantly want more integration with E.U.....but 45 + want a brexit.... Tories leadership want a person to steer it ...thought may would be the best...but deal with E.U. must also be acceptable to E.U. not just U.K...which is causing problems. E.U. gave its final accepted bill to May, which she tried to push 3 times to the parliament, but failed. As it it didn’t satisfy anyone.... So the party members behind her eroded away, causing a vacuum and finally she relented by resignation. However, there is a fear of more hardline brexiter becoming a PM. So, people are demanding fresh elections for parliament in case of new PM taking the post. Now the situation is messy. Bottom line is petty interests of individuals are ruining the country as a whole. Capacity vundi, laziness, and uninspired life is a waste of time. YOLO kada.... But experiences is how you bring meaning to life. Worthiness should be earned with adequate efforts. | ||
