Yes.... No internet connected to any machine... The procedure is long 1) The evm machine is shown to agents from all parties. 2)the evm machine polling percentage is noted down and checked with polled percentage 3)scrutinizing authority will note down the results 4)agents are shown the results and asked whether they want to recheck 5)then the evm is kept aside. 6) the results obtained in that round are informed. Next round starts Each round takes atleast 30 min if done super fast. The noted results are then given to the presiding authority of the evm counting centre... He looks at them and updates it to state election commission who intern updates it to central election commission...who updates results in the website. Capacity vundi, laziness, and uninspired life is a waste of time. YOLO kada.... But experiences is how you bring meaning to life. Worthiness should be earned with adequate efforts. | ||

Yes... Because there are only few staff and they count few polling stations at a time... Like 150 polling stations in a constituency unte.....10 polling stations at a time ante 15 rounds....as lok sabha elections results are also counted simultaneously....
