Priyanka's contest against Modi in Varanasi would have made people think Congress means business. At the max she will loose as MP against Modi but Party will get lot of mileage. That's what happened when Sushma Swaraj contested against Sonia Gandhi in Bellary. Sushma lost election as MP but she won hearts of people Same with Smrithi Irani. She contested agains Rahul in AMethi in 2014 but lost lost. In 2017 assembly they reaped the benefit as Smrithi Irani has taken care of the constituency |
