It's too murky at this point. Utsav Bains, an SC lawyer has claimed its Naresh Goyal. But there are discrepancies between his Facebook post and affidavit. Just look at the names of media groups and lawyers who are attacking Gogoi and you can deduce which party is behind this. They used impeachment against Mishra and now this case against Gogoi. | ||
