7 years ante anxiety attack - because of total strangers all around - in a confined space - for so long - including a change of flights. Not recommended in my opinion. 10+ is a different story. This world appearance is a confusion: even as the blueness of the sky is an optical illusion. I think it is better not to let the mind dwell on it, but to ignore it. | ||

There is a requirement based on age, what kind of flights they can fly as unaccompanied minor. I guess under age 8, there has to be direct flight from start and destination.. in order to travel as unaccompanied minor. Then until 12 ( 8-12 ), they can fly one stop.. 12-14, any number of connections. Check with airlines as each airlines have their own rules. 7 year is too young to send them alone, if she ever stayed without you with any friends its fine, but I feel kid should be atleast 11-12 where they can spend a night without parents. Having said that if Kid can ask when they are hungry, go to rest room when needed, basically ask what they want, then its fine. Flight assistance will be at it best. Perfectly safe, One person will be attending all the time until they are handed over to some one authorized after checking their identity. Kids safety is rest assured, Mr Majnu Audio Review | ||

1) For US-India travel, you can directly purchase tkts online, but visit airline office in inernational airport to prove you are the guardian. They will assign seat as its unaccompanied minor 2) not relevant for US-India travel as you can show your ID while handing over the kids | ||

I did investigate this option for my kid(coming this weekend from ind). SIG is the best but the issue is 1) You cant buy a ticket online with this option. You have to buy from Singapore office. 2) With the above (1) issue, you cant buy from any credit card which cant be shown (for verification) at the port of departure. We simply switched to Air India flight as someone is flying in that flight that we know. | ||
