Specility Occupation lo 2 types, mee qualification ki, how you qualify for SO job ante its easy... like everyone said just relate education and job responsibilities..for computers people its very easy but if the rfe is about how the specific job is qualified as SO job then its different... sometimes they will ask either of 1 or both... for this usually below docs should go 1. Companies similar roles job adds (which need to say bachelor's degree needed) 2. Similar desig job adds from the similar size companies 3. Org chart and co employees who is working in similar roles resumes,linkdn profiles 4. Position evaluation letter 5. Manager letter explaining the roles and resp for this whatever the responsibilities mentioned in the job add, need to explain each and every responsibility in depth. these should qualify most of their conditions | ||

I am sending you something and I am not sure if this would be helpful but at least it is a start. FYI... I got an RFE last year during my transfer. My company doesn't tell the employees what the RFE exactly is but sends this generic template for every one to fill out. I filled this out and sent back but my petition was denied. They applied again and it was approved in 3 weeks with no RFE this time. | ||

annai prepare a project description letter with three coloumns which will be each duty of your job, tools and how the job is performed, list all the courses, college projects and professional certifications that assist that job duty. | ||
