Raju garu. Publishing science is based on peer review.. Ante u send your paper and 2-3 experts review it and decide whether your science is correct before publishing. And they can also advise you to improve your paper and rectify mistakes.. People pay to read such papers. And most if the times the authors do not get charged for fees etc These days of online publishing, people pay to publish their papers. So to make money few journals are not going through scrutiny and publishing garbage. Just to collect fees. And they are mostly predatory. Antey they will send emails over emails asking to publish with them etc. You can publish anything with them.. Like Godavari water near Bhadrachalam can cure cancer. With some data that is made up.
