I raised a ticket.. got the MAC restored overnight, actual ticket got closed 3 days later.. manual ga dataentry chestunademo.. first time i have seen my account now feature my Name as well.. I haven't renenwed my subscription - ee issue motham fix ayyaka was planning to renew it. Try generating a new Mac Address and raise a ticket requesting them to activate this new mac address | ||

I did update the portal to new URL but it seems he lost MAC addresses of some customers. I was one among them. Opened a ticket four days back. Still nothing. | ||
